GOIL PLC (Ghana Oil Company Limited) is an oil marketing company in Ghana and the largest domestic fuel retailer by number of service stations. Formed on 14 June 1960 as the successor to AGIP Petroli's Ghana operations, it is the only indigenous-owned petroleum marketing company in Ghana. The company sells petroleum products including petrol, diesel, LPG, lubricants, and bitumen through its nationwide network of branded service stations, and also supplies aviation fuel and bunkering services. GOIL is partially owned by the government of Ghana and was listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange in 2007.
